This policy explains how we handle personal information under Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

What we collect
We do not sell products online and do not require an account. We collect only what you send us by email or phone, and, with your consent, anonymous statistics about how the site is used.
Cookies
Necessary cookies remember your language and cookie choices. Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you accept them. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Third parties
Maps use Esri base maps and OpenStreetMap data, and their display library (Leaflet) loads from unpkg.com: your browser gets them directly from those services. “Directions” links open OpenStreetMap. Catalog PDFs are served from our own servers. Social media links open external sites with their own policies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting the person in charge.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date.
